I am just getting this site started, and there is a lot of work to do yet. But the shipbuilding tool is functional. just click on the left XLS file to download a blank ship worksheet ready for you to start planning the build. The file on the right is an example of a ship design.

It is intended only as an example of how to use the tool, not a model of a good build. Please try it and let me know if you like it in game.
